Spreading Smiles, Not Returns: Our Commitment to Quality

Here at Grace the Face Designs, we're a family on a mission to bring joy to the world, one paw print (and design!) at a time. Because we're a small, family-run business, we make every single purchase to order. This allows us to keep our prices low and offer the highest quality products we can find – all while creating lasting memories as a family!  With our profit margins as low as possible, combined with our vision to donate $1 from each sale to local dog rescue foundations, we need to prioritize quality over quantity.

This means we don't currently accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during shipping. We understand this might be different from what you're used to, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Why We Make Everything to Order:

By making things to order, we can offer the best quality at an affordable price, ensuring there are smiles all around! We also perform a two-step quality check before anything ships out, so you can be confident you're getting a fantastic product.

What Happens if My Item Arrives Damaged?

We take pride in our products, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, fear not! We've got you covered. Here's what to do:

  1. Within 5 days of receiving your order, send an email to gracethefacedesigns@gmail.com.
  2. In the email, please include:
    • Photos of the damage to the item and packaging.
    • Your order number and the name associated with the order.

Our awesome customer service team (that's us, the family!) will review your email and photos. Once we confirm the damage, we'll get a brand new, perfect item shipped out to you right away – free of charge!
